Coverage

Fairway CruiserTM  provides a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Standard Warranty Periods:

  • Frame: 6 months

  • Electrical Components (motor, controller): 6months

  • Battery: 6 months

What is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Electrical component failure under normal use

What is NOT Covered

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or neglect

  • Water damage or improper storage

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Warranty Process

To submit a claim:

  • Contact us at  TBD  

  • Provide:

    • Proof of purchase

    • Description of issue

    • Photos/video if applicable

  • We will:

    • Repair, replace, or provide parts at our discretion

Shipping for Warranty

  • Customer may be responsible for shipping costs depending on claim
